Wild Flour Bread is known for its brick oven-baked sourdough breads, scones, and coffee drinks. With its wood-fired brick oven, the bakery produces exceptional hard-crust breads that attract visitors from miles away. On the menu you will find unique breads like an olive bread filled with greek olives, nigella seeds, topped with zatar, or my favorite, the fougasse which is a cheese bread with onions and mushrooms. Their scones are delicious with flavors like meyer lemon blueberry and maple pecan. There are also gluten free and vegan options.
